Just leave yourself enough time. Count how many customers are on line in front of you and add precisely 63 minutes and 16 seconds for each and every customer in front of you. Between the stupid questions asked by the trailer trash customers that always want something without paying for it. And the very incompetent staff with exception of one or two ladies. What is usually a simple process will cascade into an hour between the customers asking the same questions over and over again because they aren’t happy with the first answer hoping that if they keep asking the same questions over and over again that they will be given the answer that they want. This never happens. Oh and by the way. If you’re a licensed concealed carry holder you must leave your firearm at home or in the car because Spectrum has no respect for our second amendment constitutional rights. So there’s that. I wish my condo would allow me to have Directv but I’m stuck with expensive horrible cable and internet :(
