I would have previously given 4 stars...In light of the inappropriate use of the CDC's MME protocol for opioid therapy, They are taking away meds from patients for NO OTHER REASON than politics....The CDC THEMSHELVES, did a press release, under pressure from the Amer.Med. Assc.,That the intent of their 2016 potocol for opioid therapy (Including the MME calc), WAS BEING GROSSLY MISUSED....The DNA center is uninformed and its destroying the quality of life for patients.... recent edit......After a recent appt with the NEW DIRECTOR (who I've met for the 1st time), I was told he didnt care about the CDC's protocol on opioids...He said 'I'm the director, And I make the rules here'...his rules are in direct conflict with the recommendations of the federal CDC guidelines.....I know other patients there that are ALSO being STRIPPED of their quality of life for the 'directors' OWN PERSONAL beliefs...Myself, and those others in a SPECIALTY PAIN CLINIC, are there because we have chronic pain issues and are considered ESTABLISHED PATIENTS, under federal guidelines...It should be a place where your safe from the politics, AND PERSONAL, ideals about opioid therapy...INSTEAD, they are stripping away the ONLY THING that YEARS of being under medical care, has determined you need for SOME QUALITY OF LIFE....ONE PERSON has the power there to do this to you, AND IS!!!!....If its been determined you need opioid therapy to maintain some quality life, And you want a SPECIALIST to provide this for you, DO NOT CHOSE TO GO TO THE DNA CENTER on Mason Ave in Daytona beach.....Your pain management specialist SHOULD OFFER all alternative treatments, and they do that, but you also will have them start stripping away the MEDICINE, you need, and have been on for year as an 'established patient', TO MAINTAIN SOME LEVEL OF QUALITY OF LIFE.....Regards, and I wish the best for EVERYONE suffering medical issue..

Ive been going there close to 6 years as I had two accidents in that time. Theyve always been great but ever since the new dr came in they are making up whatever excuses they can come up to see less patients. They made up some lie about something from 2 years ago! If it wasnt a lie why wait 2 years to tell me something that was an issue to them. It only became an issue recently because they basically were done with me. They sent me a letter, ive not had anyone to talk to, Jackie (the office manager) hasnt returned my calls or messages. Im unfortunately very sick from how they just threw me away after 6 years. I deserve to talk to someone about this. I believe they are practicing malpractice and neglect. They cannot discharge a patient for no reason and not give out a new referral if its an ongoing condition. A lawyer let me know that. Youd think theyd check to see how im feeling or making sure im not going to have a seizure or worse for stopping my medication so suddenly. Very appalled and now i understand why other staff have been leaving as well. This place is falling apart and all they care about is money now that theyve doubled the cost of their visits. They were great until this. I cannot even work much right now because of them.

They typically give you one mistake that you didn't test positive you know you could use whatever reason you know you stopped on the 27th and test wasn't to the second you know I mean you can get away with one time but after one time now you got to be on you got to have in your system every time but you can get away with it one time
