Terrible, atrocious customer service. I called Spectrum the end of July 2022 to schedule my service to end at the end of Aug. 2022. The customer service rep on the receiving end of the phone informed I could drop my equipment off "whenever" at the Spectrum store in Daytona. Thanked them for that advice. I arrived at the Spectrum store at Tanger Outlets on Sat, Aug. 27. Brought in my internet box, cable box and everything else. However the employee stopped me and said that they don't take returning equipment. ?? Either the representative on the phone was ill-informed, or the ones at the store were. He told me I needed to drive a half mile to the UPS Store, which was in reality two (2) miles away and it took + minutes with the I-95 and Tanger/Tomoka Town Centre traffic. It was a hot summer's day, so I asked if I could have a (free) bottle of water. His response: "Sorry we don't have water." Asked him: "Where do you all get your water then?" He said: "Um, we buy them from the store." As a consolation to that response I took some paper towels in the front entrance for my labor, my time and overall simply being mis-informed.

Absolutely the worst! The worst part was that I only needed to pick up equipment. Take your business to another location since they believe they’re better than you. They set you up to fail. How? How about to giving you everything you need to setup the equipment. I had a problem also but did they help me figure it out? Nope. They told me to figure it out. Enter at your on risk like others said in the comments. I should’ve listened.

This store on Cornerstone blvd is absolutely fantaboulous. They are extremely friendly and helpful. They greet you the minute you walk through the door. This is my new store to go to from now on.

Rode my bike 8 miles to give spectrum information from my mother for her service, got there at 7:20 (closes at 8) and staff refused to help me. Even when I mentioned that I Myself was interested in buying 2 new iPhones told me to come back tomm. Some custom service. I’m sorry but I hate millennials! I’m 35 and these kids have a clue what work ethic means. I will be switching service providers immediately

Make sure the wire connection to the TV and cable box are tight and then turn off your cable box in your TV for like 30 seconds for reset or reboot

No need to call they can do it all at the location on Nova road just make sure you bring in all equipment, or they will charge you for each item. 1475 S Nova Rd, Daytona Beach, FL 32114
It is on the top of your bill but if you don't have your bill and you're trying to log in without it you're going to have a very difficult time you may want to call customer service they'll verify who you are over the phone and then give you the information.

I've never had a problem. It's the cheapest you will find for internet/cable with no contract. Plus their cellphone service starts at just $14 a month. I've never had a dropped call, interrupted cable during storms, etc... If you want out, you're lucky. You won't have to break a contract. See ya. Gives the rest of us more air space.

Yeah do what Kayla says, wait a out 30 seconds to a minute from unplugging the modem from power to replugging it back in. Be sure to remove and/or disconnect the battery backup too. I also unscrew or disconnect the cable connection too, as there is residual power on the cable line itself. Also, check if you have the cable going through a surge suppressor, as over time the suppressor degrades causing resistance degrading the cable signal. TV may go through, but internet requires stronger signal. Bypass the surge suppressor to check it out. If all that fails, you'll have to call, they may have to replace modem and roll a truck appointment.
It's the different package names. You'll have to go to their site and look at the package options for the service area zip code to what's included in the package, ie channels, premium, sports, cable etc.
