The staff at this facility is incredible. Kind, understanding, compassionate. My claustrophobia got the best of me and they were more than willing to help me through it. Great health care workers doing amazing work. It will be my go to place for Open MRI.

I have been going through it with 2 other MRI places for weeks. I spoke to Sue today and I feel better about the whole situation. I wish I would have called here to begin with. I haven't had my appointment yet and I will update my review.

I chose to get an open MRI as I’m actually uncomfortable and uneasy about a closed MRI. I walked in and the receptionist, Sheri, was nice enough. The woman who did the MRI was the most unfriendly person I ever met in a medical environment. No bedside manner at all. Went in and she told me where to sit. Never ever mentioned the process, which when having an MRI would have been nice to know what to expect. I asked her to let me know from time to time how much time would be left so I would have some idea how much longer I would be in the machine. Well, she never did that. When it was over, all she said was “you’re done. You can leave now.” She certainly was not personable. I personally will never return to that office.
