My daughter's first pregnancy and we choose Dr DaSilva due to her 5 star review. BIG mistake!! The front office staff was the rudest most unwelcoming staff I have ever experienced!! My daughter left in tears! They treat you as if you are a hassle to them! Now that I read deeper into the reviews, I see the same complaint with the exact same generic response. Listen to your patients and get new office staff!! BTW Dr DaSilva was off on how far along she was by 2 weeks (via ultrasound)?? New Dr reading notes and was appalled by her lack of details and information. Had to redo everything!! If you want a happy , exciting and caring experience find another establishment.

Dr DaSilva has a wonderful bedside manner and explains what she is doing. I was the last appointment of the day and didn't have to wait. She is efficient and sticks to her schedule.

Waited a over a month for my appointment and the week of they cancelled it and told me they didn't have availability until another month. Why would I make an appointment again? So they can cancel on me again the week of? Staff wasn't very helpful either and pretty rude.
