It is on the top of your bill but if you don't have your bill and you're trying to log in without it you're going to have a very difficult time you may want to call customer service they'll verify who you are over the phone and then give you the information.
Your account number should be on your bill in the top right hand corner. You must request a pin reset with your email on file. Good Luck
