Yes, the entire property is completely upgraded
I don't know if all the units have been upgraded, the "upgrade" I had consisted of new cabinet doors from Home Depot and spray overlay on the kitchen and bathroom counters. My neighbor across the hall has a ceiling fan, I do not. We did get new appliances in the kitchen stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. The exterior was painted and is an improvement however in my opinion everything still looks "dated". In my opinion the rent is overpriced for the facilities. I did hear from an unauthorized inside source that major renovations will be done starting December this year, granite, new ceilings etc. but I also expect the price to go up significantly from that as well... the apartments are what I considered "nicer" but definitely not high end. New roofs are currently being installed, xo
They say its upgraded but it is still old buildings and falling apart. They have not done matinence lime they should have and most importantly wont higher a professional to clean out drier vents so they will vent to outside. You can hear everythin thru the walls as well. And they dont clean the pool not since i have been here it is always dirty and the ground around it hurts your feet should be replaced.
