I've been living here for over a year. The new management seems professional, and capable. During my time in Flintridge, we had 3 different management companies... the first and the current one do their job as expected (not everything is perfect, but things get solved in a reasonable timeframe). I am glad to see that the owners of the apartment decided to remove the second management company as they were terrible. I hope they (the owners) learned their lesson and stop changing management companies willy nilly. They could have saved a lot of people a ton of headaches. However, the current management company has shown that they can do their job well and based on my experience with them I feel confident they will serve the community well. Based on my experience with the current administration (they started in august 2022), I would ignore many of the very bad reviews you see here. If you are looking for an apartment, I think this can be a good place to live: great location, nicer apartments, relative clean facilities, and no noisy neighbors. The story would have been very different if I wrote this review for the second company... they were terrible, almost no redeeming qualities. It is almost indescribable how bad they were. Any human instinct or common sense was too much for them. All my neighbors hated them. People were moving left and right (I am about to leave, but I started my process with the second company). Trash everywhere. Unprofessional communication. I think they thought we were criminals and treated us like we were. Honestly, it is almost indescribable. One final comment to the owners... don't try to save money when selecting your management company, but thank you for listening to the residents and changing Ms. P. and their people.

I moved in on the 15th of July and still have not received a mailbox key. My unit 803 woodard way #218 was not and is not ready to be lived in. Holes in walls, faulty wiring, water damage... you name it. Wish I knew how to post my pictures of the damage to inside and outside of building. Gonna have to call building inspector for this mess.

After returning back to this complex, I have been able to finally apply for an apartment due to more affordable rents. I appreciate the fact the rent was lowered for the working class to live. The office staff was amazing and made sure I was satisfied with the apartments during my tour. Thank you so much!

It's the law that they have to fix it if the temperature outside is so high. It is considered am emergency. You need to put in a formal request, and you can withhold rent if it isn't fixed.

Yes, all residents of Flintridge Apartment Homes are required to maintain and provide evidence of at least $100,000 in legal liability insurance coverage for the duration of their lease term at Flintridge Apartment Homes. Residents may choose to obtain this insurance through their preferred insurance agent or insurance carrier at their own expense or enroll in our community program that meets the liability insurance requirement and is paid with rent each month. The Flintridge Apartment Homes team can answer questions about insurance offerings available through the community.
Applicants at Flintridge Apartment Homes have the option of adding a Guarantor to their application if they have insufficient credit or insufficient income to qualify on their own. A Guarantor must have income at least six (6) times the monthly market rent with verifiable income and meet set employment and credit history requirements.
