Two years after moving out due to bed bugs, roaches, god awful management, terrible record keeping, and still using the excuse of "we're under new management hahaha", I'm still getting harassed by your debt collectors for an ammount that didn't make any sense, even after I did your job for you and straightened out your books to which YOU guys ended up paying ME. And now middle of the day, as per usual, NOBODY IS ANSWERING THE PHONE. So why am I still getting called about this?

*** WORST APARTMENT ****** Don’t live here I’m a student at UTA, Last year, We lived there for 6 months I had lot of worst experience here On the first day of move in, our A/C was not working (It was summer, it was damn hot ) We requested maintenance, he came after few days, but he didn’t fix it We had that problem for 3 months, then also they didn’t fix it properly Next major issue was **** FLOODING **** Our neighbor apartment’s A/C is leaking they gave a complaint But these people didn’t care for almost 1 month One night, it suddenly got increased, because of that it almost flooded 4 surrounding apartments Management is so worst They are sooo rude and they don’t respond well They don’t respond to call and if we go to office, it’s almost closed all the time

I have been living at Zen Apartments since August 2021, but now the new management is worst at their work, they don't do any kind of maintenance work, they don't reply to emails, most of the time their office is closed and whenever it is open they will make some new reasons and delay the maintenance. My apartment's dishwasher is not working for the last 70days, I have raised a couple of tickets still have not received any update on this. A lot of cockroaches and floor stinks still they won't take any actions. Find my tickets SS and email SS for reference.

I wish I did. As far as I know “Trey” but no further information on my behalf has been found. I’m looking to find who the owner as of now... I am disappointed & disgusted with how business has been ran!

I haven’t felt threatened or unsafe. So the answer to your question: yes. Although, they still have yet to install cameras. Cons: EXTREMELY UNORGANIZED & UNPROFESSIONAL! Honestly, I wish I regret my decision on signing my Lease!
The number provided should work, however I doubt they’d answer... their office is unprofessional! They don’t get things done!
