Literally just moved in today in building 11. 3 roaches painted over in the kitchen, one dead in front of the door and another dead one in my bathroom cus I don’t play when it comes to bugs!!!

I have lived in this apartment complex for almost five years and in the beginning the management was friendly and nice and they only raised my rent by no more than $30-$50 a month. The complex charges me$30 for valet trash, but my trash may sit in front of my door for 2-3 days make it so possums, raccoons, and all other small creatures sitting at my door making it so I can't get in my home , they refuse to clean the stairways of spider webs as you walk up and down the stairs. The recent problem I had was in the month of June I paid rent of $117 5 for everything. When I went to sign my new lease in July my rent went up to $1469 so with other amenities of valet trash, water, sewage and a lot of petty fees my rent is now $1555. I would move but I can't right now. I advise anyone trying to move in this complex not to because these people are shady. I'm into trying to see if this is legal to raise rent almost $500.~ Wanda Moore

Hello. Fellow resident here. (Literally live in building #28.) My apartment was not clean/nor ready upon move in. And wr continue to have been charged for valet trash when they don't even come up to the 3rd floor. We have multiple neighbors who are getting rent increases when their unit is NOT EVEN LIVEABLE. Maintenance literally never comes, and if they do, they don't speak your language. Or they track things all into your apartment and your left to clean up their mess. Let's talk about the TRASH in the breezeway of multiple buildings. There is a rodent and bug problem, and they don't tell you that you have to request for pest control to come in. There's literally so much TRASH. and it's disgusting. I am happy to not be renewing my lease. And I am hoping Management will attempt to do better? They won't but at least I can save you reader, some heartache. Rent for a 2b 2bath, is almost $2,000 a month. And yet they don't act like they are charging this, they act as though they are doing you a FAVOR letting you live here. Happy to be moving.

Just moved in the large 2/2, and my son and I couldn't be happier. There is so much space and the patio is HUGE. Management is decent but the complex is awesome! Nick was a great help, thank you.
