Moved back in here after a couple years and this place has gone WAY downhill!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!! You can't get them to fix anything. Moved back in here in March and still have not received a working mailbox key! They won't fix my AC that I have been going back and forth with them about, I will be uploading the picture of what degrees the air is coming out of the vent at and they don't like to give updates or answer the phone or emails. They also like to close their office early. STAY AWAY, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

I visited this property today and I was BLOWN AWAY by the professionalism displayed by the 2 women in the leasing office! Mary Day and Andrea Menjivar were very sincere in welcoming me as soon as I walked in the door. After visiting with them I left feeling like I have known these 2 for years! I’ll definitely be back! When I moved out of this complex after being there for two years and never was I delinquent on rent or anything, I received a call from a collection agency saying that I owe $1500 for something I have no idea about. I am never gonna ask anyone not to rent here but my question is; what will anyone gain for making another miserable? The law requires either party to give a 60 days notice if you are not going to renew your lease. They gave me a notice and on it, I checked that I will not be staying any longer when my lease expires. A few days later I received an email saying that " if you don't give a 60 days notice the leasing contract will shift to month to month" I was like... OMG. I had to call HQ for the issue to be resolved. The lady I spoke with from HQ was extremely nice and sweet that I wished those at the apartment's front office were.

Look at the reviews and their better business bureau score and all the reviews not only with this property but Wehner multifamily group and ask yourself this question? Would you want to live in this community under there management and their ungodly practices of profit over people, illegal eviction, unprofessional biased, and the countless negligence and neglect or only from the property managers Viviana Castro and Lindsey Rae Ashton but Wehner multifamily group in a whole.
