Hello Bennie Gaston, Our policy on children is as follows: Children: Children must be supervised at all times. Children are not allowed to play in the parking lot or laundry facilities. All minors under the age of 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times in all areas of the property. Failure to comply will result in a lease violation and possible eviction. We would like to notify the proper parents/guardians. Please contact the office to help us identify the children.
