Yeah, you might want to think twice before moving in. Very common issue in Creek Hometowns. I wish I could rate it 0 stars. All that trash in the parking lot while there 3 apartments right by the dumpster. Smh this is insane

Please avoid if necessary. As a current renter, I honestly regret it. Since Janaury they’ve switched property managers twice. If you absolutely must need to move here, make sure to ask all the questions. Document everything. Take your own tour and do not believe what they say. Ask to see the apartment before. Lots of misleading practices. I’ve learned my lesson being here. And other residents feel the same way. Pioneer Creek (Ambo properties) does not care for their residents. It’s all $$$ (understandable), I get it’s a business but there should be some type of ethics when it comes to having tenants and taking care of their concerns. No part Don’t believe what is said on the website. It’s misleading. There is no gated access (it doesn’t work) probably hasn’t for years. There’s no beautiful landscaping since there’s garbage everywhere and sometimes those trash cans fill up and it’ll be garbage bags everywhere. And the list goes on. Apartments are not nice. Majority of them (including mine) have roaches/water bugs. All they do is provide extermination. It doesn’t help and makes it worse. The steps are cracking on the corners, each corner has a whole. The applianaces were not new as stated. You’re paying 999 for a upgraded apartment. There’s no upgrade. This should be a $500 apartment. The pool hasn’t been open for 4 years and it’s dirty. They blamed it on the city because they can’t find a proper appointment. The laundry mat is disgusting. The machines do not wash properly and you’ll be spending double on the dryer since it doesn’t dry well, one machine leaks and it’ll be like a puddle of water. There’s also no AC in it. The lint trays are even worse, even after cleaning it. There’s garbage everywhere. Sometimes people will walk on the side walk and dump beer bottles over the fence and it’ll just sit there for a few days. The only good thing I like is the free internet/cable that’s decent (spectrum). And that it’s convenient to lots of major stores. There’s more to say but I’ll leave it at that. It’s really a waste of your hard earned money to move here. Every negative review posted by other tenants are true. Imagine how much more is going on that we’re not aware of. We were really clueless and trusted this business to follow ethics but the things Ambo Properties (corporate) allowed, it’s ridiculous.
