Our application fee is $60 per person 18yrs and over. I return as many calls as I can in a day and sometimes it takes me 2-3 days depending on work schedule, call volume and purpose of call. We always ask for 5 business days for an application status. We out source. When the background checks are complete (usually in 2-3 days) our management team still takes another 2-3 to pour over all apps received that week to make a determination. When approved you receive an email from us. If not it will come by regular mail. That's our process and not everyone will like it or agree with it. Nonetheless, I don't disrespect any callers even when they are rude. It's hard to be professional while you are being disrespected by a total stranger - but it's not impossible. I try to do my best. Everything after that I leave to my Lord and Savior.
