There is not specific parking for emergency department. But you can pull up to the ED and unload any passengers or patients. I'd say they'd give you 30 min before asking you to move. Then you can park in the hospital's garage on 8th st between spruce and pine.

Depending on the time of day and weekday of the emergency, there is also valet parking.
