Radiology is never the promised time. We have been waiting for one hour. As i called 2 times to schedule a dexa scan and mammogram they still only schedule us for mammogram. If this were to happen maybe it would be best to send some kind of confirmation. There is also 4 other times that called but it did not seem to matter. Because everytime they would state someone will call me back, i always kept my phone near by and never get it back. Now that I go to the appointment i am missing a dexa scan. But it should be glad I at least got one test

The worst hospital in Philadelphia when to the emergency room and it took them 7 hr to get me a room. And after that they took almost 2 hr for them to come to the room and asked me what I was feeling. So they put me a iv and a medication for my nausea it took them another 2hr. So I call them in and told them to take the iv off I think in my house I can treat my self better then what they were doing. The worst hospital in Philadelphia. 😩😩

I called to schedule on 2/4/22 I was told you can walk in for xrays. Its always best to call with covid still around they could change at any time.

Its not horrible its just they are not attentive to there patients they see you once maybe twice then there gone you could die and they would never know. Unless your having a heart attack it seems like your bothering them its sad !!
