Willow crest 3rd floor is the worst. The nursing staff are very unprofessional. The night nurses are rude and don’t listen to their patients. My father is there he has very long waits to get help going to the rest room and assist getting in the bed. For a patient that’s on any precautions. DO NOT have your loved one go to willow crest…. The whole nursing staff is rude, unprofessional and some of the doctors are the worst too. Jackie the nurse, unprofessional, CNA ANa unprofessional. Even when you report the incident’s to nurse administrator Jena. Things after a few days go right back to the same issues. My fathers experience was HORRIBLE. Your loved one will never make progress at willow crest. Stay away from willow crest.. The RATING SHOULD BE A 0….

I have been using the infusion center for a few months now and at first was nervous but then the friendliest staff, starting Alisha at the front desk and the nurses, especially Nurse Robin immediately eased my worries. Clean, comfortable chairs, terrific atmosphere all great nurses. My Doctor, the amazing Dr Noble was personally their the first day before I started my treatment to again go over everything and be their for support. All kind personable knowledgeable caring, always above and beyond. No one should have to come but if you do you will be in good hands. Rich “red”

I currently have a family member(mother) in this rehabilitation center and they are TERRIBLE!! She hasn’t been receiving medications on time, her meals are always cold, she a diabetic and they have her a tray full of sugary things for “lunch” . The staff is completely unprofessional, lazy, and unorganized. I sat on the phone with my mom 6/16/21 for 45 mins after she used the call button no one came to check on her or anything after. 6/15/21 she only saw her nurses 2 times throughout the entire day. This place is absolutely TERRIBLE!!! No one should ever go here if you can prevent it. My mother will be moved this weekend
