The customer service department is trash. My husband requested a UB form for his last inpatient stay so we can submit to our voluntary hospital insurance to help with bills. He was told we would get it in ten days. THAT WAS TWO MONTHS AGO!!!! They sure have no problem sending us forms to support research.

Booking people in the same room with no Covid testing. Meth using person in the same room I’m in. Very unprofessional and irresponsible by the staff. Plenty of empty rooms. She has no mask or anything of safety. She’s stealing everything right under their nose’s. Wow great job Penn

The truth is I do not recommend this place 08/22/22, I am pregnant and I went there because I have a history of pregnancy and I had high blood pressure and I feel that my baby is very low, I feel contractions at my 20 weeks of pregnancy I lasted 4 hours waiting for I saw a doctor and I never saw him, I only saw a nurse who put me on a seat and took my pressure in those 4 hours. In the end I decided to leave because next to me was another pregnant patient who was bleeding. She had been waiting the same time as me and a nurse was waiting for her she was bleeding and did nothing, she just told her I hope you feel better and she closed the door, after a while they were going to check the baby's heartbeat and they didn't find it and they just left her waiting, when I saw that I was filled with impotence and left

The policies and procedures for a patient having elective surgery here are similar to a product being produced at a manufacturing plant. Family members are not allowed past Admissions prior to surgery. Family members do not hear from a nurse or medical team member prior to, during, or while the procedure is wrapping up. You receive a text message as the procedure is progressing similar to texts you receive as a package is being delivered to your house. This is unbelievable.

Room 306 is at the main entrance in 8th St.

Here's the info I found: During a job shadow, you will observe a typical workday at the company. Your school can help you set up a job shadow, or you can contact companies you're interested in directly. Beforehand, research the company and career field you'll be observing so you can ask relevant questions. And here's the link for the rest of that information, good luck.. https://blog.prepscholar.com/job-shadowing-for-high-school-students
No, there is no free parking. There are a couple of blocks that are meter blocks. That area is a residential parking area, which only cars with the RPP Sticker can park there. Then u have valet, self parking or letting valet take care of that. 1 hour=$13.00- $18.00.
YES, they have flowers, cards, little trinkets, shirts, etc.
Fast service very good own cubicle with privacy. And always have specialist on call my mom won't go any other place

That's something I cannot answer but the business hours for parents are different from guests considering that most hospitals parents get to stay over
Green Garden and Blue Sushi

Yes
Only 2 Visitors allowed in the hospital for patients.
Last time I valet it was $10.
They have people there for that but dont primarily specialize in that area. There are men and women at this location. But the care specialists can help or point you to those that can.
Yes, they have a pharmacy right at 8th and Spruce. In the hospital.

Just look up pulmonary department on Google for Pennsylvania Hospital or Penn Medicine
Yes there is. The Emergency Room side is on Spruce St, where the main entrance is on 8th St.
The rooms are in decent shape an well kept. The staff are friendly
Not at the hospital but at their lab at 8th and Walnut
Call their billing and collections number
Max under 30 a day for 24 hrs or lost ticket. For patient you get a discount. My 2 hr visits r usually $14
It varies but there is a lot on Latham st between 7th and 8th Street that validates your parking with a 5$ discount
They are comfortable and spacious, the nurses were constantly doing their best to make to make me as calm & relaxed as possible
Diann, this is Google Guides, not the website for Pennsylvania Hospital. You should go to the Penn Medicine website and look for the billing department. You won't find your answer here on Google Guides and your bill is way too important leave hanging here.
Please either contact your physician or the specific department within Penn Medicine.
Penn Medicine has an outstanding staff of qualified medical practitioners. For specific treatments and services, you should contact your doctor or visit the website for more information.
You really should call them directly and ask. That question is far too specific for this platform.
No, but the garage is right across the street and discounts for patients. Valet service right at the door if you need it.
That's a question better asked of the staff in your doctor's office. Testing is done at various Penn Medicine sites. Let them direct you.
Seeing this too late, but there is valet parking at the main entrance and you can definitely drive up and pick up a patient without being stopped.

Across the street in the garage. Also, valet atbthe front door. Parking is discounted for patients.
Penn Medicine
First thing would be to contact your Ob/GYN's office. If the Dr is a Penn Medicine provider, they should be able to look you up in the electronic medical record and review the operation note to determine what technique was used. If the surgery was done a long time ago or at a different hospital, it may be difficult or impossible to find out that information.
Yes, in the maternity section.
Delancey St, left turn if you are traveling south on 8th St between Spruce and Pine Sts
There is paid parking in a garage off of 8th street, going south between Spruce and Pine, on the left. I believe it is called Delancey St
I understand it can be very frustrating to wait to see a doctor in the ER, especially of you are anxious or uncomfortable. It is a hectic environment where you have very little control over the situation. Patients are triaged based on the life-threatening nature of their illness. If you have reassuring vital signs, sicker, more critically ill patients will be seen immediately, even if you arrived many hours before them. You can try asking your nurse politely when a doctor will be seeing you and indicate that you would like more information/updates on your care plan going forward.
For ER, yes. Not for an appointment to see a specialist or anything . But anyone and everyone can see the ER with or without insurance. They will bill you later.
There is a parking garage right across the street from the main entrance. Get parking validated at the info desk in the lobby for a reduced rate. Also, pull up to the main entrance for valet parking.
No. MCP was on Henry Ave just north of East Falls. This has always been Pennsylvania Hospital. MCP was purchased by Tenet in the 90s and now it looks like it's part of Drexel Medicine.
