No weekly rent , studios are 675 , 1bdrm are 742 , and 2bdrms are 900. The deposit is 300 and there is a 30 dollar credit check fee per adult. The units are all electric which is included in the rent
Those prices are no longer accurate, they are currently charging about twice that amount now.

No they go by monthly payments, there is a deposit. I can't remember how much of a deposit. And yes there's a background check. I believe they go back 3 years with the background check.
No weekly rent. I think its like $1500 to move in they do check credit
