It's only been open for a total of about one week (2021 summer) since I moved in a few years ago. Don't get your hopes up of it ever opening, lol.

Hey man I comepetely agree. I dont know if you have the roach issue or the leaks. I have a child with asthma and have brought my health concerns to there attention. With no resolve. You pay monthly for the extermination. But yet the guy never comes. I've spent close to $400 dollars to solve this issue myself with no help. I also have 1year old twins. None of my windows have screens. Gate has been broken since I moved in Sept. 2018. I'm a single father. So I'm stuck with the lease for the time being. If they would be more on top of the issues the tenants bring up. I would love actually being her. But they don't. At this point this place is a health hazard and I feel putting themselves liable for a law suit.

If "your friend" lives there shouldn't they be able to give you the code to the gate ? Asking people in the review/Q&A section on Google seems a off when you have the ability to get it from the source..............the source being a "friend" of yours supposedly living there....
