I’ve lived here since 2018 and it’s been a good experience so far. I’ve had small spats with the office from time to time but other wise, no trouble. I am only giving 3 stars because from when I moved here until now- I’ve noticed an influx of my neighbors leaving suddenly (I’ve seen 5+ plus people move before end of the month, days apart from each other) and that’s kind of alarming to see especially when most of their leases were not up until after mine(for context, my lease is up in November) I honestly think it might be because the rent is sky high in terms of what we’re getting in amenities and what we are paying. My rate is $1,160 a month for 2 bed/bath but after the water bill is added I’m literally paying what everyone else pays around the city or more. I’m on fixed income so I do pay late sometimes, which makes my rent more also but it’s still expensive on its own and my unit is not renovated or “new” by today’s standards. My complaint is more so about the price and how there really isn’t much wiggle room with those like myself, sometimes I have partial payment but I’m not allowed to give that at the time so I have to wait an additional week or two until I’m paid again to pay my full rent on top of the late fee and the service fee so I’m looking an additional $100 on top of the other fees that come with my rent. It’s so stressful each month. I do wish they were more flexible in that way for those on a fixed income and allow some breathing room to catch up. I would stay another year if I could afford it but I will be leaving at the end of my lease to live with family because it’s just way too pricey. Other wise, the staff is nice. I did have a problem with Trixie at one point as I felt she spoke to me in a condescending manner but I haven’t had any issues with her since. I did like the property and enjoyed the surrounding area and if rent wasn’t so pricey and I knew that I would get a fair price for a renovated unit, I’d renew in a heartbeat.

Criteria for occupancy was strict but should be regarded as a representation for a safer environment. Management reflected extreme professionalism. Online maintenance request that I needed prior to move-in was resolved quickly and effectively! New maintenance request was handled in a professional & timely manner!
