I agree with prior review. The “lady” who does the apartment tours was late meeting me after I had been approved by the screening. You can tell by the way she answers you in text messages. She doesn’t care either way. She had me waiting more than a half hour. She then proceeded to text me that she had finally arrived. I don’t have the time nor the gas money to wait for her. Luckily I went down the way and found a cheaper apartment that has all bills paid and management actually cares about their tenants. No thank you

On two accounts, I've passed their screening process and have been ghosted on by the person assigned to give me a tour of the unit. She just went completely AWOL, which is obviously unprofessional and disrespectful. I was taught, right out of high school, to notify someone if I'm going to be late, and especially if I'm going to miss an appointment. Why isn't this considered a life skill at this point? I guess professionalism doesn't matter to this property management company. Also, to anyone who's interested in leasing with them, they do in fact publicly and falsely badmouth anyone who negatively reviews them, so as to convey that property management isn't actually the problem. It seems to be that they're a bigger problem than are the tenants. EDIT: Guess what? I followed up with them, YET AGAIN, and they've elected to ignore me. I wonder why your properties are apparently flooded with drudges? Probably because the owners themselves are drudges?

Checking out apartments in the Art District, and I thought I found just the right one. But looking at the reviews here, and the completely unprofessional and rude responses from the owner, was a real let down.

So 3 years ago (2017) I left a 2 Star review, which I had completely forgotten about until this morning (Sept 2020) when someone responded to my review saying I was evicted from this property. False. I never lived here and I left my two star review because my job was delivering packages with Amazon and the experience that I had trying to DO MY JOB was bad enough to leave a review on the property. So to whoever is going back on these old reviews and saying damaging things about people's characters and the reason they are leaving bad reviews (ie. "Being evicted" or "dealing drugs") put that same effort into helping your tenants and improving your property. Again, I NEVER LIVED HERE, and have certainly NEVER BEEN EVICTED from here. Don't lie about people -_-
