I usually wait to write a review on a place after I move out but this could not wait. The proper manager does not care about anything. Maintenance just puts bandaids on things and calls it good. the roach infested and management does not care. I just can't wait to see the reply to this. My hot water heater went out in Winter and they told me that they couldn't come and fix it until the next day when it's 31ﾟ outside. This is by far the worst place I've ever lived in.

The management and the maintenance are horrible , they don’t fix anything they just temporary band aid it , I have mildew because they waited so long for maintenance to fix the leaking pipes , and when I complain of the mildew they ask me what do I want them to do about it smh they act as if were nagging them and we pay rent to live comfortably every month , the management always has a smirk on her face when we’re complaining about these things , maintenance arrives to work early morning and starts to eat and chat in office with management while our whole house is filling up with water smh DO NOT RENT HERE !!!!! THEY ARE LAZY !!

I wish I could give these apartments 0 Stars. Maintenance never repairs anything. I have a family of 5 and they have not addressed my AC issues. It is 91 degrees inside my house at 4am. I wish I never moved to this roach infested, NO AC apartments. These people should be ashamed of themselves.
