I've been here for almost 2 years, and I've had no issues. The staff is amazing, but I do wanna give a special shout out to Daisy! She's always amazing! It's a great place to live, the grounds are clean, and NO RIFF RAFF! Come live here!

I was new to Las Vegas and when looking at apartments I made many mistakes on my part when searching, one of those was choosing this complex. The office staff is nice and communicative up until your contract is signed. The main issues I had while here started with the lack of policy enforcement. If you are someone who hates the smell of cigarettes or like me, become ill because of nicotine please look elsewhere. They do not enforce their no-smoking community and saying its been since 2017 (I believe that’s what the sign in their leasing office says) is a blatant lie. My unit was right next to two extreme smokers and it leaked into my apartment everyday, some days it was so bad it was as if they were in my apartment smoking. ROACHES are something you must become comfortable with as well, they will come out in your bathroom, kitchen, and on your walls. Being young and alone moving here made me let big things slide as this was my first apartment. I became complacent with these conditions and that was another fault on my part. I was also shown a unit and never saw my own unit until after signing, that was a mistake on my part. Never do something contractual until you see the unit you will be living in, lesson learned. Mine was falling apart and also unfinished when I moved in, window fixtures never put up and a cabinet that was falling off its hinges. As a first time apartment owner I brushed this off and I shouldn’t have. It was obviously a precedent that they have to promise on things that don’t exist and give broken apartments. The units aren’t newly renovated as I was informed, they add a fresh coat of paint and lie that the unit you will receive will be just like the show unit. It won’t. The only positive I had while living here was the other people living here. (aside from my smoking neighbors). They were kind and helpful especially since I am a young person in a new place. I was scared and nervous but I was pleasantly met with nice neighbors and I am happy for the new people I met here. I will say the most help I ever received from staff AFTER I began living here was from Andrea, aside from that everyone else has extremely bad attitude about anything pertaining to doing their job, which was insane to me. Also the lack of communication between office staff was a huge headache, getting an eviction notice and them being unable to locate my receipt records until after I sent them the receipt they gave me was very much the final nail in the coffin proving their money hungry nature. Maybe it’s a little too much to ask for professionalism and some level of niceness nowadays, so that could be my fault. I’m rarely the person to make reviews but apartment hunting and signing leases is a serious and expensive thing, especially nowadays with prices and I felt it was necessary to inform people of the experience I had at this complex. I learned from this experience so at least I can be more experienced going forward. All in all, do not rent here, not unless it gets demolished and rebuilt by a different company.

I truly like the staff after living here for 2 yrs, they're amazing, respectful, caring & kind, but my hat really goes off to the maintenance crew, if ever I had an issue they're on it! All around great team!🔥😍
