I’ll start by saying I’ve only been living here for 1 month . I love my unit it’s very large and spacious 2 bed 2 bath remodeled u it . The unit had several issues upon moving in so it was frustrating , don’t move someone in if the unit isn’t 100% ready for move in !! But it’s finally coming together ! For the property itself it needs a lot of work . The hallways are filthy and are in great need of paint and patch work , hallway floors are filthy and stained ! The halls also have bad odor of trash !!! I’ve addressed many questions and concerns to the front leasing office and I get the same response “ I’m new here just started working” so I’m gonna lay blame on upper management and say TRAIN YOUR NEW EMPLOYEES !!! get them the answers they need for the residents ! I could go on and on about other issues but I won’t , 1 month in and I’m already planning my move to a new property in 11 months lol but I’m hoping they will make some positive changes and I won’t have to .
