I’m so glad I found this place. I was torn between 2 buildings before I chose this one , but once I saw the amenities and how clean they were in the middle of downtown I had to go for it. I’m so happy I was not wrong! The staff is amazing! They took care of me and helped me to get everything approved and settled on time as I needed! After I moved I got assisted to have everything the way I liked and the apartment was just perfect. The building is super clean, the gym is awesome and the pool… omg! Everything works and when something doesn’t they fixe it right away!!!!!!! The maintenance really works! Super close to fun but not loud. Just perfect. And coffee ❤️

Ely on Fremont is simply the best apartment complex downtown. Everything from the amenities (awesome pool/spa, very clean and open gym, and quick and efficient maintenance solvers) to the lobby staff are amazing. Santi is incredibly thoughtful and helpful with any questions or concerns. He really goes above and beyond for the tenants and always has a positive attitude. Speaking of positive, Gigi at the front desk, has the ability to light up the room with her bright smile and bubbly personality. The two of them make a great team and truly care about the happiness of those at Ely, which makes it a wonderful place to live!

I’ve lived in this building for 3 years and have loved my experience. Santiago or Santi at the front office is the best. He treats everyone like friends and family and makes living here so easy and convenient. The location is great but what makes me stay is the staff, s/o to Santi for keeping his residents happy :)
