Just run away tier
The rent there will be a lttle on the high side.... Lofts start at around $1000, which dont even have a bedroom, up to about $2500 for the 3 bedroom.... This is just what i heard... I work for one of the finish crews and have the seen the units.... They are nice and located fairly close to the downtown area, i personally would be more concerned about the neighborhood.... Im not sure if utilities are included.... I would hope so for what they are asking....
