DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. Despite being furious about what happened to me here, I will try and be pragmatic and only list the facts. - My security camera caught maintenance letting themselves into my apartment while I wasn't home and without any notification. This was after I was very specific about not wanting anyone in my apartment without me being there. - My apartment flooded TWICE. The toilet overflowed (once when I wasn't home) I was never reimbursed in any way for damage to my personal property. - I failed to notice that they require 60 days notice to not resign a lease. I tried to give them 30 days notice. Not only was I not let out of my lease on time, but they charged me an obscene amount of money for "extending" the lease. There was no notification near the 60 day mark to let me know that I had to re-sign or not. They left me a note at the 30 day mark which, obviously, was already past the point when I could get out of the lease. - Most of the other tenant surrounding me were disrespectful toward anyone living within the property and would play loud music throughout the day and night, leave trash all over the common areas, have loud fights late at night etc... - My direct neighbors in particular were incredibly loud. I had recorded them (and their dog) several times making loud noises late at night and brought the recordings to the office. Nothing was ever done about it. - I had to have a mandatory apartment inspection. They notified my about this the day before and gave me all sorts of attitude when I told them I was unavailable for it. This place might look ok when you drive in/ walk around, but some time and a closer look will reveal the terrible conditions of the living spaces, the unpleasant sound and SMELLS you will experience constantly, the ratchet and disrespectful tenants AND employees, and so on. At the time I signed my lease to live here I was working random gigs and had no income on paper so this place was my only option for getting a lease without months of pay stubs and so on. It was NOT worth it. Renting houses is the same cost or CHEAPER than this overpriced dump. You will hate living here and they will find ways to steal money from you.

Living at the complex for five years, our experience became progressively worse, and by the end, it was a total nightmare. Management is awful and changes every other month without notice or warning, often imposing new or pointless rules to ease their workload even to the detriment of their residents. Amenities were removed or restricted (pool open one month of the year and even then hours only, etc) and every month we had hundreds of dollars in hidden fees. The management even tried to wrongfully evict us despite having overpaid rent in advance, and after blaming it on a processing error, didn’t do so much as apologize to us. Bear in mind, this was after multiple complex break-ins and stolen mail (the gates were open or broken consistently all five years). Add into that the fact that rent more than doubled in those five years (we found a two bedroom two bath townhouse with tons of features and privacy for the SAME PRICE Rancho was trying to charge for a one bedroom one bath), and I hope you can understand why I urge anyone to avoid not just this but ALL AMC rental properties in the city of Las Vegas. It was easily the worst apartment experience in my two decades of living all across the country.

Beware! There’s better apartments around this neighborhood than these !!!! Apartment was Dirty and smelly when keys were handed to me in late December, manager just handed me a bunch of keys and rushed me out using holidays as an excuse ,didn’t do a formal walk through before I paid and I paid over 2500 to move in , keys to pool and gym were not right , apartment cleaning was not up to par , no assigned parking you need a sticker , found Out 2 months later , new management came in old management out ,gave me new keys , you have to pay for Parcel delivery boxes , 4 of my packages went missing , no explanation just “call the vendor”, water sewer trash bill around 100 or more a month for everyone because I asked a 1 bedroom apartment holder , so add that to rent amount , management just a mess , I wish I would have just waited before moving into this ant infested apartment . FML!
