rent goes up 200$ every time you renew your lease !! pool always closed ! kids always screaming playing ding dong ditch banging on my door .pool area is nasty the appliances is old my kitchen cabinets are old I'm over this place I wouldn't be as mad if they wasn't charging me an extra 200$ every time I need to renew my lease plus they tell you about the 200$ 3 weeks before you need to renew your lease they are so unfair

Management treated me well. Neighbors were friendly. Biggest issue was the neighborhood, had several concerning events occur in the immediate vicinity/grounds of the apartment complex. Children are a bit noisy in the evenings, but nothing too bad, Overall and enjoyable experience in the year I was here.

What time does a second chance complex mean exactly
I have never been woken up by fighter jets. Gunshots, I can't even remember the last time I heard one. I actually just signed a new lease and love it here. We just had a new state of the art gym put in.
I am only a person that lives here and I am not an employee. I would check the website or call the office and they should be able to help you. I do highly recommend this as your next home. I love it here, just signed a new lease.
They combine your fees with the neighbors who live in your building, unfortunately the prices keep going up every month, so there is no set rate or normalcy in the price.
No there are no hidden fees. There are standard CAM fees (water, trash, maintenance, etc...). Those vary, depending on if you are in 1, 2 or 3 bedroom. I pay anywhere between $80-$90 per month. Make sure you budget that in since that is in addition to your rent. Pretty much all apartment rentals have this type of fee. All fees are explained.
