I miss Melissa. New management has come in and I’m so frustrated with them. I just moved in and as soon as the new management came in there’s been nothing but issues. They had my car towed first week the new management came in. So foul. It’s an old car I’m trying to trade for a new one that has California plates. Now I have to get nevada plates in order to keep my car parked here? Absolutely ridiculous…. My last apartment we had garages, soooo privacy much? There’s a scorpion in the gym. My packages were lost as well. Someone stole my packages from their Amazon locker and when I told the office they said to just go on Amazon and report stolen. I’m getting so fustrated and hope that this new management will turn things around. Already can’t wait to leave in a year if it’s going to be problems. They’ve only been here a few weeks and I’m hating this place. I miss Melissa. She was AMAZING. She helped me get into this apartment and took a chance on me even though I’m young and work for myself so I didn’t have any bank statements or pay stubs. She was AMAZING. She cared so much and actually wanted me to have a place I was comfort and safe at. She made me happy to be here and wanted to make this my home for awhile. This new management needs to get it together pleaseeee this is my home and they are ruining it. Or at least bring back Melissa and the people who genuinely cared for their tenants.

Had an issue with the stove in my apartment. Maintenence showed up within two hours , which was unexpected as this complex is large. They were professional and knew their stuff as the issue was an electrical contact which was fixed. In addition, they are ordering two new burners as the old ones won't allow the burners to be level when cooking. Nicely done!!!
