Stay away from this SCAM! Don’t apply here for an apartment. In short, they take 30 days to get your hold money ($300) back via check. Complete SCAM! They were so quick to take my $300 to hold the apartment plus the $50 app fee (which is not refundable). I didn’t get approved by myself even though I just moved out of my last apartment of 2 years. After getting denied and could not get a co-sign in 24 hours of their lack of last minute communication. Also they have no clue to see if the check got cut or sent. What are you in the 80s with no online banking capabilities? The audacity to tell me that it takes 30 days to receive my $300 dollars. It makes no sense! Don’t know why the leasing office can’t cut me a check right there. It’s 2022, what do you mean I have to wait 30 days to get my money back after it took you 3 seconds to receive. Very much “SCAMISH” in all caps! So now I have to scramble and look for another $300 to get another apartment somewhere else because of the deplorable communication and procedure to get my money back. No compassion for the working man or single parent. Don’t waste your good earned money here.

Paisley Sky Pointe my opinion work hard enough to have there residents pick up after dog or dogs. Too many dogs. Management has not figured out to have a place for residents to throw there large items ,like broken furniture. You have improved somewhat,but there still a lot of work to do. The staff are excellent as well as maintenance. Devin and Mindy both are good hard worker and when I need help are there to help. Until the Point results those other issues, or try to result the issues of you can it about fair to average. Thank you R L

I've lived in these apartments for about 3 years now. I have to say that in the beginning it was rough for me. There were different management and people coming in and out. This new company Waterton have come in and are really making a difference. They are fixing the common areas and their engagement with the tenants is a breath of fresh air. Another thing they have that other places don't is their employees. My experience especially with Mindy has been nothing short of AMAZING! She has been so helpful and kind with assisting me. Another example is the maintenance man Ray. His customer service is exceptional and he's quick! Thank you Mindy and Ray so much for all you do! Thank you Waterton for giving me pride to be able to say that I live here! If you are looking for a new place to stay, let this be your sign!

I'm just gonna say... I loooooove my apartment. The staff are all amazing... There is always a nice atmosphere and everyone tried to help one another. It's always so peaceful 💖💖 thru this pandemic the community has pulled together and it’s been wonderful to watch. UPDATE: now under Waterton Mgmt… the community feel still isn’t what it used to be but I will say in all fairness they are trying. The company is putting a lot of work into the structure and the look. With that said I’ll keep the star rating and see what happens. No plans on moving as I love my apartment… if I were to move the apartment would not be the reason 💯
