Overall the property has improved since new ownership started in 2022. The grounds are been upgraded, unsightly fencing & gates are being replace with wood panels. It is my under that all units are being renovated. The regular maintenance crew does an outstanding job maintaining the the units and keeping grounds clean.

The most understanding Apartment Complex I have ever encountered. I have been here for 5 years, good times, bad times, and the management has always worked with tenets. They must really like people.

We have been residents of the Palms for almost nine years for reasons - affordability, location (near the Strip), and privacy. With new owners and a new management team taking over, we expected changes and they're being made. Liyah was absolutely amazing (she recently transferred to another property) and knew me on a first name basis, showed me newly updated and renovated units, and explained all the new changes (gating the property in, two new pools). Her presence in the office will be missed. I look forward to working with the current office team to make sure our community stays safe, and hopefully upgrading to a larger unit with my lease renewal this fall. Hopefully, for the residents with larger dogs, the new fences aren't shorter and stay higher.

Do a background check for anything that might be negative on your record. If anybody has gotten a hold of your personal information, you want to know and get it cleared up before making any major financial or legal decisions.
I paid $720 without water and trash, that averaged $30/month. This was about a year and a half ago.
You need to show some documentation of the finds. They will require a larger deposit, but they do not turn you away.

Hi Tisha! I am so sorry, but company policy dictates that any evictions are an automatic denial. I have heard there are some privately owned communities that accept evictions - as long as they're paid off or old. If I can help you with anything else - please don't hesitate to contact me! Good Luck!
