A great place to live and art the office manager is very helpful and caring. Very quiet and gives you a feeling of safety. Only noise you really hear is the garbage trucks. Only lived here since February 2022 and plan on staying for as long as they let me. I can't say enough about living here, best place I think I've lived. Moving in process is very in depth, which means no rift raf. STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO LIVE HERE.

I lived in this apartment complex 1980-83. It was one of my all-time favorite places to live!

Not sure what it now due to my friend moved in 3 years ago. Most reasonable place around UNLV though

They're okay. It's not top of line. The appliances are older but functional. The atmosphere is quiet. The apartments get a fresh coat of paint when a tenant moves out and the carpet is cleaned if it doesn't need replaced. The location puts you a short walk to the UNLV, to several restaurants, a post office and a couple of grocery stores. There's even a public library within walking distance.
