I have been living here since December 2021, for the month of March (I think) we are under a new owner, I thought it would be much better but they are worse than the previous owners, I have been asking for 6 months that the stove be fixed because only 3 burners work and it is date they HAVE NOT DONE ANYTHING YET!!!. I think I'll have to talk to corporation to see if they do something about it.

Everyone is right let me give you view from what these new owners have done.We went from a beautiful complex to this all while increasing the rent by 200 then tacking on over 200 dollar in Shady ways that they bury in the contract. They will charge you for water while they let water leak. They charge you community maintenance fees while trash is everywhere. There is no gate so the homeless hang out. By the end of payments I should have just paid a little more and got out but they changed owners right when my lease came up. But it's too late for me at least I can save you... run far away from these people they lie through their teeth

Lived here two years, PRIOR owners were GREAT. The new owners are rude, office staff always has attitude. Maintenance takes days to come by, and they bandaid fix everything. Refrigerator leaking constantly, BLACK mold grown out from underneath paint. Not to mention their was a leak from the upstairs neighbor that NEVER got fixed or addressed. They’ve painted over roaches and black mold, appliances are from the 70s. And they’ve raised rent about $400+. I do NOT recommend living here unless it’s your last option next to being homeless. UPDATE: No, actually I had brought all of this to your attention but it was never addressed by your management. And gave excuse after excuse when I complained. All of the damage was YOUR current management. Point is your establishment isn’t worth the headache.

Have needed repairs to my unit for 6months now and still they wont come fix it. I've called/emailed and went to the office since new management took over and they simply dont care to fix it. I do NOT recommend moving here and as soon as my lease is up we are moving. Which I think is exactly what they want us to do, even though we have perfect rental history.
