They moved us from a corner 1bd upstairs in Maverick Apts to a 2 bd downstairs with a security door, which is necessary,in the back complex. Office for both complexes is up front in Maverick. There is no security at all that I know of, and not the safest area. But most of the people are nice. Me and 1 of my roommates don't get our mail here because there has been issues with the employees in the office. But there is a Plus Mail right across the street with reasonable prices and the lady there is a sweetheart. Most thing you would need are either right across the street or just a short bus\car ride away.

Been living in iowa for 3 years. Did a lease transfer before I left mid 2019 (my lease didn't end until 10/2019) and last year on my credit showed up as $5000 owed. Called this place multiple times no one ever answers. Trying to get this place removed now and you cant even get in contact with them unless you're physically able to

There kind of expensive for a one bed one bath we were paying 700 a month. Now I would not recommend them. We were without hot water for a year. And when we would tell them they just kept telling us they were working on the problem.
Two weeks rent or monthly, $25 cleaning, 250 pet deposit.
