SEPTEMBER 24, 2022- URGENT UPDATE Property has been sprayed with dangerous pesticides! One of my neighbors' daughters had a seizure after the spray and ended up in the hospital! The lady has contacted an attorney! It is claimed that it is not toxic by the office! I will file a lawsuit if they enter my apartment! I suffer from severe allergies! Need some renovations

This place is hands down the most dilapidated complex i have ever seen. Neefs a serious renovation both inside and out!

Buildings are too old and in disrepair for the rent they charge. Years of paint buildup cause the cabinet doors to not close. Excessive amount of time waiting for repairs. Not a nice place to live

Yes, but seem to try to do something about it. Problem never really completely went away however. I will say that while I was there the downstairs neighbor had a major bed bug infestation and it spread. I had to throw out my mattress, and all my furniture because of it. Lake Sahara offered no compensation and failed to alert the residents in that building there was a problem, even though they knew ahead of time. We found out by finding the bugs in our apartments.
When I lived there I did not witness any crime, but it did happen. Not the best side of town.
