Kane’s furniture in Fort Myers has the best customer service I have ever dealt with. We purchased a couch that we have had issues with and without hesitation they made it right. I will definitely be giving them my business in the future. If you’re looking for a company that stands behind their product shop at Kane’s. I would also like to thank the manager Crystal for being so nice and taking care of us.

Recently relocated to Florida and found some furniture at Kanes. My sales rep was not very accommodating, they do not offer discounts nor will negotiate on regular priced furniture. The manager was not very accommodating on answering my questions, seemed like I was bothering him. I was in the store for two hours and made a large purchase and felt I was not given the attention one normally would when making such a large purchase.

I purchased furniture in May, this was not the first time I’ve made purchases through Kanes, however it will be my last!! I specifically asked about time frame and was told I would receive ALL of my furniture by July. It is now September and I STILL have not received all of my furniture. My guests had to sleep on a mattress on the floor, do they care! Nope! While I recognize they have no control over shipping, my issue is that I was lied to. Repeatedly! The manager even told me some customers have been waiting a year for the very same furniture I purchased!! Hmmm then why do I have half? And they still have none? it simply just doesn’t add up! You can only use “Covid” as an excuse for so long! You’re customer service is a joke, and I have to stay on top of where my order is. Not once have I received an update. Instead I was told I could return everything and pick something different Seriously?!! And what? Believe the lies, only to wait AGAIN?! No thanks, I’ll take my business elsewhere and if you’re reading this I suggest you do the same

We wore our masks into the store. My recollection was that there was hand sanitizer at the door and throughout the store. Everyone kept a social distance and all staff members were wearing masks. The public restrooms were setup for single use. I felt safe and feel that they were using appropriate safety practices.
Check www.Kanes Furniture.com or call the store nearest your location and ask, which newspaper carries their sales advertisement and on what day is it normally put in that paper? I believe most newspapers would have sale ads Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. You may even be able to request a copy of their sales advertisement to be mailed to you, but I don't know for sure about that (it never hurts to ask). Good luck and happy shopping.
