Got my sectional delivered, the delivery team completely damaged one of the armrests when they were bringing it in (complete disregard and there was 3 of them!!) I had to wait a week and a half to get a replacement and when he showed up they said they had the wrong side. Then had to wait another two weeks for someone to come out. This is definitely my first and last time ever purchasing anything from RTG 👍

Thank you very much for your customer service... Although I had an inconvenience and had to return a few days later, because the mattress I bought had to have a box spring, although the rail was included, I was not told clearly about that other part that was totally different. Today I am sleeping with my new $1300 mattress on the floor, waiting for the new delivery of the Spit Bunkie Board Set that I had to buy later. I feel disappointed, I hope I made a good investment in this store... Now I remember why the mattress cost $1699 because it came in a set with that other part not included; I was not spoken to clearly when making the purchase in the store. In addition to the rail that I still don't know if it will fit correctly.

We didn't stick around to buy anything. The salesman would not give us any space despite asking several times, so we left.
I've furnished and financed 3 houses and never had any issues with either Naples or Ft Myers location. The one time someone made a mistake the manager at fort Myers waived delivery and replaced my item.
