Ordered sofa in Jan. Have patiently waited 8 months. Was scheduled for delivery Sept. 9. Made arrangements to be here. Informed by store manager that the delivery had a hiccup. No delivery scheduled. Can not deliver until Weds. Sept. 14 and no time frame can be given. Once again arrangements will have to be made for someone to accept delivery here - if it really arrives. I will NEVER buy from LazyBoy in Ft. Myers again.

The salesperson named Leah was very polite and helpful. She assisted in fitting me to the right chair for my height and weight. Explained my options. No pressure. Took her card and two days later I purchased the chair that fits my needs. I sleep in my chair and it sleeps wonderful. I'm looking forward to getting many years out of this chair. My mother purchase an electric lazy boy chair 18 years ago. It lasted her to the end of her life at 103. I'll be real happy if I get 18 years. Thanks Leah for your assistance.

1. I ordered furniture in November, 2021 from the La-Z-Boy store in Ft. Myers, Fl and after an estimate of 4-6 months I finally received most of it after 8 months. 2. One piece was missing and I have been trying to find out whether I will ever see it for over a month with repeated promises to fix the situation. 3. Found out I would be receiving a floor model without any offer of price reduction or ability to cancel. 4. After several phone calls from me, the missing piece was located and scheduled for delivery today. When I didn’t receive the promised phone notification providing a time window, I started to get worried and called the store. The two individuals I spoke to couldn’t figure out what was going on and promised to look into it. I stated that I didn’t want to wait around all day waiting for something that wasn’t going to arrive (not to mention rescheduling for another day and having to wait around again). I was met with understanding of my situation, however, it’s been over 2 hours with no response. 5. One of the pieces that I did receive had a service ticket submitted by the delivery service. Again, over a month and no one has contacted me. 6. Oh, and I almost forget the time I stopped in to the store to check on the status of my order and was ridiculed and humiliated by the person I spoke to (not the salesman I originally dealt with). Bottom line: The furniture that I did receive is nice, but not worth all the headaches encountered with poor service. I would never make a purchase from this store again. Update: Finally got a call back and it looks like the only way I’m going to get my ottoman is to pick it up myself, in spite of having paid for delivery. We’ll see if it’s actually there when I go to get it.
