My Mother is 80 years old and she hasn't had air since Wednesday. Today is now Sunday, it is 97° and her apartment has been very hot since Wednesday. The maintenance person couldn't fix it so he put a make shift air conditioner in the living room. She has a 2 bedroom apartment, so the air isn't circulating throughout the unit. I called the front office and Ariel said there's nothing they can do until next week. Meanwhile, the thermostat in her apartment is reading 90°. Very disappointing

The location is not bad and apartments are pretty big, however the condition of the apartments is not very great. The management is just TERRIBLE. Over 1 year we lived there, the management changed 3 times - every time we were disappointed. First let’s start that in December, we were moved into an apartment with a broken boiler. We did not have heat and hot water for 4 days in December!! We were never offered any compensation for it. We were moved into an apartment with a broken fridge the it did not get replaced for at least a few days - all our food had to be thrown away! When we got to the apartment the hoses from the dishwasher were not hooked up to the sink so when we ran it the 1st time, the dishwasher caused a flood. Later the dishwasher was still leaking every single time but under the wooden floor (which we did not notice right away). It is not leaking right now but until we moved out, the dishwasher was still not properly mounted so it was loose when we opened it. Garbage disposal was not working at the beginning. The front door lock was loose and broken and we had trouble getting into the apartment. The 1st time it was allegedly fixed, the maintenance just tightened the screw but the lock would still get stuck. The maintenance had to come again and replace it (weeks of waiting). Faucet in the master bathtub was loose (there were screws missing when we moved in). Another faucet in the master bathroom was leaking. We never received new window screens although it was mentioned when we moved in that they were all broken and we were assured by the manager that they are going to be replaced. The microwave's buttons were not working and we couldn't use it properly The sink in the guest bathroom always had the drain broken. It was mentioned when we moved in and it was supposed to be taken care of some time later. When the dryer broke, it took 1,5 months for the management to fix it. Ridiculous! For all above we requested potion of the rent off but we were completely ignored. Do not live here.. if you have to live here make sure to check all appliances and write down what is not working…

The apartments are okay over all. The inside is nice, they’re quiet that’s about it. We have lived here a few years now had multiple managers. They up the rent nearly $200 a year you’ll pay over $1600 here for mediocre amenities. The gym is dirty, racks empty stains and machines are old. The pool is usually always closed. They recently just opened it mid June already having over 80 degree weather in May but the pool has no chairs tables or anything it’s like they don’t want us to use it. The front office is almost always closed with signs saying be back later. The cons definitely out weight the pros lately. It’s not as nice as the photos. They think painting over damages fixes things.
