Worst manager in the entire industry. No one provides a more useless and rude service than those working here

Manager is so rude. Maintenance guy doesn't know what to do. There is no hot water. Laundry is so dirty washers are broken. Garbage cans are mess. Parking lot is dirty.l have been living here for 4 years l never seen Horrible manager and team like that.

These are only studio apartments. Ok for one person. The do background checks and credit checks. Deposit typically a half month's rent. Leases 6, 9, 12 months. $750-800 a month. Mix of students, single retired, and single workers. Pet friendly.
We do not have washers/dryers in the apartments, however we do have two 24-hour laundry facilities on-site.
