Most definitely. It could be a nicer place to reside if there was some type of control over who can run in and out of there all hours of the day and night.

I would say anywhere from 150 to 200 just depends on the day management is horrible and make sure u keep all ur rent receipts because they will try and play you and tell u that ur short on rent and they never fix anything this place is ran by slumlords i stayed their for about 2years just enough time to save up for a house.. The police are alway their doing raids or chasing someone i would not advise anyone to move into this place.. Oh and last but not least make sure u keep track of your package's u order because they will come up missing in the office where ur mail goes too

Of course it has roaches. All you could ever want. It also has bedbugs. Both are free of course.

$650.00 a month well worth it bus stop and ALBERTSONS not even 2 blocks away

No dish washers and becareful of bed bugs its okay there alot of addicts because southern nevada pays for them to live there to try to help them get off of drugs usually no waiting list its furnished

They are weekly, there's a waiting list for 2 bedrooms. Rates change so they'll tell you after you put down $50 deposit.

haven't seen rats, those who don't clean get the bedbugs...most places are going to end up with waterbugs/roaches no matter where you are. I know plenty of homeowners with extremely spotless homes who have them.
