For the price, yeah hard to beat. Would I go back? Eh maybe not. Place is very run down. Front desk was great. Ac units in the room was hit or miss, but the breakfast in the morning was surprisingly good. Good price for a night, while vibes of the place is pretty shady though.

We had to stay for 3 nights. First night the catalytic converter was stolen off our van. The cameras do not work and neither does the security guard. The management doesn't care or return calls. Do not give them your money!

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in for the price. Terrible neighborhood, peoples cars were smashed in the window. Homeless dude harassing us outside. Window opened 2 inches, no AC or fan. Lights just randomly turning on in the room all night. Cheeto powder on the phone. All sorts of stuff. I would never stay here again

Yes, the parking is gated. Gates appear to be open during daytime hours and closed at night (but attendant- staffed for guest access).
You have to request it to the Hotel if you already made the reservation
At the hotel reception they are very friendly if you have a reservation they verify I do not see any inconvenience
