I have a complaint the past 2 times I was in popeyes i order all white 3 pieces. That has always been a breast and 2 wings right? 1st I got 1 breast and 2 legs. Last nite I got 2wings and a thigh. .I do think your employees need more training..

Why is the phone always busy or answers "We cannot take your call right now, thanks for calling, click"! More often than not, the person at the window has to change my order or at least change the boxing situation to what was asked for....why?????

Why did I order three 5-pc. boneless wings and get 6 boneless wings in one box and 3 thighs (which I did order) plus 3 free biscuits (which I didn't know I would get with the thighs)? How can you not have people working who can count?
