If you saw a premium refund on their so cal website. It's false info. The check won't be back to you. It will go to your policy.. at this point EVERY INSURANCE COMPANY IS SHADY. Any way to keep money within the company. Staff claims it's PROTOCOL. More like keeping money in their pockets. In the 1930s the law to make everyone have insurance in the United States started with good intent now it's a monopoly for them. Start paying for cost repairs on your own and every possible way for all insurance companies not make money take advantage of you. #Pushback

We usually like to come to this AAA office because it's the closest one near home and not always busy. This morning, I walked into this quiet office hoping to get some maps for our trip in May. The young lady at the front desk checked me in and asked me to wait for somebody to help with the maps. After waiting for 10 minutes, no help was available and there was only one other person waiting for the insurance assistance. Asked how long I have to wait, she said she can't get away from the counter and I have to wait for whoever will come back to help. All this time she was on her computer doing God knows what. After 15 minutes wait, I decided it was long enough for me to leave. Drove to Glendora AAA and was given maps immediately amidst a roomful of customers. Shape up La Verne!

Went in to get a triptik and some travel books for a road trip in a few months. Only waited a few minutes and got a very efficient person to help me. Pleasant experience

My family my friends pretty much everybody I know is with AAA. Me now being a member, I can't tell you how happy I am🤗 I was taking care of ..given the best honest rate and now I really do feel safe in my vehicle which is the best feeling. Laverne branch is not hectic, it's clean and kept up and trust me you want to ask for Renee she's really great, answers your questions, listens to you, and makes sure that all is taken care of before you hang up that phone. So yes La Verne Branch AAA I'm very happy with.

Yes, they accept Visa and Mastercard. It has to be an official credit card, not a bank debit. There is an additional 2.3% charge per transaction.
They don't but the la verne post office does
They can print a temporary card but the plastic card is sent to your address

Should be online at the Knotts website using the coupon/AAA code. They may have taken that easy option away and you may have to call/go through AAA directly now.

AAA cannot assist with driver's license or ID services, including but not limited to driver's license renewals, replacements, Real IDs and/or DMV printouts. These transactions must be handled at the DMV. So no! You need to go to DMV, Sorry about that, i just googled it

I do not believe AAA does any license transfers, only registrations. To my knowledge DMV is the only place you can renew or change/transfer your actual drivers license. By 10/2020, CA will require any one wishing to travel anywhere, by plane, either domestic or international, must have the "Real ID ", , which can be in place of your drivers license. However, this "Real ID ", can ONLY be done through DMV, not AAA, either. (It's not cheap either)
