Recieved the worst service at this location today,  Dr. Kim called me @11am to speak to me about my 7 year old sons xrays that they had did the day before, and that it is indeed a fracture and we need to see our primary.  After she told me this I asked if she could send the images to his primary or if it's easier for me to pick them up, she informed me its easier for me to pick them up and would have them up front for me. Let her know I would pick up between 530 and 630. Arrive at 615 to pick up images and the front office girl can't find them (same girl that was there the day we took the xrays), she proceeds to see if the xray tech is in, he is not (He was a really nice guy). Informs me I would need to come back tomorrow. Asked if the Dr. Is available,  she asks me if I know the Dr's name, tell her I dont. Then proceeds to ask 3 more times like that would help me remember. Informed her our information and conversation should be documented and to check the file. She continues to go on about if the doctor doesn't have them, then what? Let her know let's get through the first step first, then worry about a solution at that point. Low and behold the same Dr that was there yesterday for the xrays and called me earlier is there . . Tada its magic. The Dr proceeds to tell me that the report is what I had requested.  I reiterated our conversation on the phone, at that point the Dr tells me she was confused and didn't know what images I was speaking about when we were talking on the phone. At this point I walked out, had some choice words (very much deserved) got in my car and left. I can except if it got busy and it slips your mind, but to lie and say you were confused about what images I was speaking of . . . Then ask for clarification, your a professional, a Doctor. Dont say I'll have them waiting up front for you, then get off the phone and be like what did he want, oh well. Note - This is not my first time here and the service is usually pretty darn good. My primary is Dr. Siddiq, but that front office girl on the urgent care side is rude and very unprofessional, when I was in the day before could not stay off her phone (instagram or facebook) while she was check us in. Then today with the same question several times made the situation worse. I know its had to find people, must be easier to get patients. To the other office lady (old) my choice words were not for you, only the Dr and your co worker. Would give a 1 star, but all the other times was good.

This place is very nice and clean from the inside and outside. Staff is super proffessional, friendly, and helpful starting from the front desk and all the way until the doctor checks you. Great looking doctor too 😅 (Doctor Estrada)

I've been here about 3 times and each time the reception staff were incredibly kind and patient, even with a full waiting room (unsure how common this is -- my first visit it was pretty slow). Each time I was here I was seen by a doctor very quickly! They ran some labs really fast as well! They were all great listeners and gave me what I needed to get well. I drive 20 minutes to go to this Urgent Care even though I have a decent one one down the street from where I live because I feel like these doctors and nurses are very caring and professional, I trust their treatment advice, and they have my insurance on file. It's very nice to have a dependable and trustworthy urgent care. Needing urgent medical attention can be scary! But knowing ahead of time where you'd want to go is really really reassuring.

I have been to a lot of different urgent cares and this is been by far the best one I've been to yet. Yea sometimes they are busy and there is a bit of a wait and other times it's super fast. Still is one of the fastest if not the fastest urgent cares ever. I've been to this location about 5 times now first time was with my wife. The nurses can always just make you feel welcomed. Front desk girl with blonde brown hair monica is super inviting and really helpful There was a another girl who my wife and I really enjoyed to I don't remember if her name was Diane or Diana or Davana but she was awesome. Working the front and then calling patients back to see doctor and even just running back and forth from outside to inside for patients out there. These two ladies are Rockstars!!!!!!
