Thanks to Grace at the front desk and Scott for their courteous assistance this morning after a not-so pleasant experience in the La Verne office. This is a very busy office but Grace and Scott were able to provide needed services for their customers in a timely manner even for little things like getting travel maps. Thank you!

Plenty of parking in the morning when I went. I have only been here 2-3 times and it was only to make a payment. I stood in line and waited to speak to the clerk only to be directed to the payment counter. I asked the payment clerk if I need to stand in the general line if I'm making a payment and he said no to come straight to his counter. So for those of you just making a payment, you can save time by avoiding the general line.

They were so FRIENDLY & SUPER HELPFUL. My 7 yr. old grandson was with me, he was looking at books, they were so patient with US. They gave us mini maps & crayons. Even after buying 3 books, they gave us multiple super fun mini maps. VERY VERY VERY NICE FRIENDLY & LOVING ❤ 😍 💖 ❣

Least friendly experience I have had with AAA yet. I just dropped over $1500 at this office and the transaction was dealt with like I was Paying a DUI fine at a courthouse. I wonder if AAA realise that we are choosing them as our insurance company, and that its not mandatory that we get our insurance there? I certainly will not be back to this branch

How much for personal plates?
Yes just bring your card and DMV paperwork
If ya registered with AAA then I don't see why they wouldn't have a record of that. Call them & ask or go on down in person... That's the best way.
I'm not sure on the prices
No but ypu pay about 22 for yhe reissuing of stickers.
They can file the paperwork for you. The new license will be sent to your address.
Lorraine it varies plan, i think the lowest is 60 and limited i have the hundred dollar plan which is 100 miles of towing. Its an excellent service.
I think they will
Yes there open on Fridays
Either you go to the DMV or AAA they can help you get new tags
I do believe so
If you are a member, then you can call for service or you can go to any AAA authorized battery shop (Associated on Grand between San Bernardino Rd and Cypress) and buy one from them for the same price.
They will send you the new ones to your address but it does take a little time.
Some one jacked your mail. If it's for your membership renewal,Go in and speak with a representative . If you've been a AAA member for 10 years or more they usually won't have a problem waving the penalty fee. If it's from the d.m.v, good luck with that.
Just take the car too get smoged..you have two months before they can mess with you its what I've herd
I would say yes only because its better too have it there and not need it ..then need it and not have it
That's a very good question. Sorry i can't give you the answer to that.
I had to pay with either check or cash.
It depends on the background scenery you choose on how expensive it is.usually it's about $12. More give or take
Its limited to registering your vehicles. You can google an office directly and ask on phone with a live person. I do all the time. Good luck
Yes. Most things are being done over the phone these days. I just went in the register a used motorhome I just bought and I had to go home and call to add it on to my policy.
Call 1-800-AAA-HELP
Call them.
It depends on two things, what freeways and what County you will use it in... call and ask...
I have no idea. Sorry
It tells you on the renewal if you have to take the test. Most of us have to go in and get new pictures taken because of the new laws taking effect in 2020.Birth certificates and social security cards will be necessary to bring with you if you want new license to also be your passport. If you had previous names for example Married names, marriage and divorce certificates will be necessary to bring with you.
No, there are repair shops that do offer rental cars while they repair your car
AAA.com , or automobileclub.com site
NO! That can ONLY be got at the DMV.
Id's and Drivers license must go to DMV. Any changes to any of those must also go to DMV.
They pretty much take care of everything except driver's licenses if u want to take a trip they do that travel agents Auto Club is the Best and don't forget Roadside Service
Yes if transfer to California
You have to start again and you'll loose your years as member.
. Yes we take cash no credit cards
Not if you have to test,if all the DMV wants is the renewal fee that you can do & it'll quicken the transaction going immediately into the computer. Make sure you've got your paperwork stating that's all that's required though.
I don't see why not, but I recommend to call before, in case they are willing to do it, sometimes they get a little tender on certain things.
You will still have to register the car on AZ
Technically you can't renew your vehicle's registration without a smog check, but you can pay your renewal fees. ... You may pay your vehicle registration renewal fees now without a smog check, but you'll receive your new registration card and sticker after a passing smog check is obtained
Please call for appointment at Department of Motor Vehicles
No. U need to go to DMV, n I suggest you make an appointment
Yes
No
Try calling AAA office and get all information they well help you
You can, but go in show your membership card and they will help you. Hope th his helps!
Yes, but during the week , because that is a DMV function and their computers are off sat & Sun.
You can pay, but can't get tags until it passes smog . You might be better off registering as non-operating so it's legal then you can take your time with the smog .When it's done you can go in and update the registration to running and legal .
A
Yes. Cash or check payments only
I don't see why not. It's a country wide membership.
No. Maybe a referral
I think it'll be by mail if you don't need a smog or have someone you know go pay for it wait I think AAA is Nationwide check your location see the nearest one
Incorrect as in a mistake no they do not.
Cash only
Or get AAA and you don't need to go to DMV
No , you will have to go to DMV Hell , suggest you call or go on line to make sure you have everything you need . I think they have a contest to see how many times they can make you come back . I know that you will already be in 3 different lines . Go between 4:00 & 5:00 p.m. Once you are in they have to take care of you. They don't get paid for overtime .
I not really sure. They might only do .power of atterny... I could have my sister in law vive you a call. She is aparaleval and translator for Lancater court.
I don't know if they sell majic mountain tickets
