No it is not. I paid mine cash in back office with the very nice lady that is so polite even when you can tell she has had a hard day. She is very courteous. I used to hate going to pay my insurance. It is very pleasant now. I Even talk with her. Very nice lady.
Cash or check no debit no credit cards
It's possible that as cash or check I don't believe they take debit
