I belong to several Associations in the 3 states that I work. This by far is one of the most professional associations I deal with. They are polite, quick to help, easy going and most of all they are fair to all. They take their standards seriously and that is great for us looking for professional support. By far the best Association.

I DO NOT recommend this Board. I HIGHLY recommend other boards. At my previous board I was able to only pay MLS dues for my employee and Citrus Valley doesn't like that much. They placed a hold on my employee's account even though we had paid for her MLS dues and NEVER even emailed us. Not worth your money. Go elsewhere!

Quite frankly I would not recommend this Association. They are there to assist us agents whom by the way they make money off of but they don't help or work with you< NEVER. In fact they pretty much laughed and scoffed at the fact I didn't have the entire amount to transfer from EVAR when they were trying to charge me next years dues before next year has even arrived. In fact I wouldve never changed from EVAR because EVAR is waaaay better unfortunately my broker is not affiliated with EVAR so I had to transfer my association. AGAIN, I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS ASSOCIATION FOR NO ONE, MUCH LESS AN AGENT THAT IS BARELY STARTING TO GET COMFORTABLE IN THIS BUSINESS!!! THERE ARE OTHER ASSOCAITIONS OUT THERE THAT WILL APPRECIATE YOU MORE!!! TRUST ME!!!! (And they were rude over the phone) 2 THUMBS DOWN!!

Questions & Answers

Is it possible for a new sales person licensee to just be an MLS member? Without having all the other cost of being a realtor added onto it?

I don't know. Call Citrus Valley. They are extremely helpful and can answer your question.

So, there is an agent that is putting property in the MLS and then changing the status from "Active" to "Hold" but when called is saying that the property is "In Escrow" - how should that be dealt with?

call the association with as many details as possible ... also on the mls at the bottom of the listing there is link " if you believe there is a violation...." .. click on it and submit so the mls can be aware also and reasearch ... change will only happen if things are reported
