They should not be in business with such disrespect for their patient care. The worse place you could ever go for eye care. I only gave them 1 star bc I can't give them a minus. They cancelled me TWICE for my appts..one time it was 15 min before my appt time. First time...Dr Chin was sick...Second time...Dr Chin no longer works there. Their automated phone is atrocious. Yes...as others said, the phone hangs you up after putting you on hold. Finally gave up. Horrible, horrible place. Go elsewhere if you can. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!!!

I have tried to contact them at the end of May, a few times in June and July regarding a date for my father's eye surgery. They said they don't know and will be called by Bernice, the scheduler for Dr. Stark's surgeries. I have no idea what kind of care my father needs before and after surgery. I have no idea what date the surgery is. I don't know if I need to take time off work to help care for my father. This month my phone calls haven't even gone through. they just drop after awhile on the phone tree or repeat the same message until the call drops. Horrible service. I am calling my father's insurance to get a referral somewhere else.

I called multiple times trying to set up an appointment. You get put on hold and then their line disconnects. This place was referred to by my primary physician so I’ll be requesting a referral to another place

Eye center in Covina. I’ve been here for one hour waiting for a technician appointment. I’m still waiting. 😠

I have to go into the Glendora office to make an appointment for Covina office. Cannot get hold of them by phone. They always say o phones aren't working today. I have had an eye problem and had to go in several times. They also said a written prescription for glasses would be an extra $65, but they didn't charge me.
I went to Foothill with my referral 3 times..was told they didn't have a doctor to do my eyelid surgery..plus ypu can't get anyone on the phone at all..rate them 0 stars
Yes, Dr. Heather Chang works in our Pasadena location.
Hi, well typically with a Retinal Tear it cannot be treated with just injections. Depending on the severity of the tear, it may require laser treatments or sometimes surgical intervention. We would have to complete a full dilated eye evaluation to know what would be the best course of treatment.
Yes, we are contracted to accept Scan insurance. Please contact our office and we will be more than happy to help verify the actual type of Scan insurance you have to confirm we're contracted with your specific plan.
The price for the exam for glasses (refraction) is $ 65. If in addition to refraction you need dilation, the price increases, it can cost up to $ 200 +.
